The commercial core
Three ways to book travel.
Don’t check just one place. Explore the available routes and find the best solution for yourself or your client.
Back Office
Your main booking platform.
- Search thousands of travel options
- Compare suppliers
- Book hotels, flights, events and more
Preferred Partners
Suppliers with an established InteleTravel relationship.
- Exclusive offers
- Agent support
- Special deals
- Varied commission opportunities
Direct Bookings
Work directly with hotels, villas and suppliers using the correct commission process.
- Request an agent or commissionable rate
- Get the commission confirmed in writing
- Register every outside booking
All bookings must be registered if you expect a commission. Back Office bookings register automatically; direct bookings do not.
Before you search
Qualify your client.
Better questions create better recommendations—and save everyone from avoidable revisions.
Gather the detail at the beginning. The right holiday becomes much easier to recognise.
Outside bookings
Book direct, correctly.
Before quoting, confirm that the hotel, villa or supplier will offer a commissionable rate using InteleTravel’s IATA number.
Contact the supplier
Introduce yourself as an Independent Travel Agent and provide InteleTravel’s IATA number: 10-548020.
Request a commissionable rate
Use the templates below and ask the supplier to confirm the commission percentage in writing.
Receive confirmation
Only prepare the client quote after the supplier confirms the rate and booking terms.
Confirm the booking
Make the booking directly and take payment in line with the supplier’s terms.
Register the booking
Register it in your Back Office as an Outside Booking.
Raise an invoice request
In InteleHub choose Advisor Commission Enquiries → Invoice Request Bookings.
